Save a Document as a PDF

If you use Microsoft Edge as your browser, take the following steps to save the document as a PDF file:

  1. Open a document.

  1. In the document view, click the Print Page button at the top-right. The Print window opens as shown below.

  1. In the Print window, choose Save as PDF option in the Select Printer list.

    Click the dropdown and select PDF

  2. After the Print button changes to Save, click it. A Save PDF File As window opens.

  3. Specify location and file name and click the Save button. The document is saved as a PDF file at your specified location.

  4. Open the PDF document in Adobe Reader or another PDF viewer.

Google Chrome

If you use Google Chrome as your browser, take the following steps to save the document as a PDF file:

  1. Open a document.

  1. In the document view, click the PRINT PAGE button at the top-right. The Print window opens as shown below.

  1. In the Print window, choose Save as PDF option in the Select Printer list.

  2. After the Print button changes to Save, click it. A Save PDF File As window opens.

  4. Open the PDF document in Adobe Reader.
